I thought I’d go to sleep early tonight.

So of course here I am at 11:15 reaching for an entirely unnecessary IPA while this hurricane rattles the trees outside my window. I’m alone in silk pajamas, enjoying the fullness of this silent night by blasting The Smiths, taking a joy ride on a stationary bike, enjoying wine in a Jacuzzi bathtub and eating an entire tub of Supremely Spicy hummus all by myself.

These solitary nights are few and far between but fall is here and good things are on the horizon.
